B11-5-2S1 automation unit generates electrical signals to control the elements of fire-extinguishing equipment, features audio and light alarms in the event of fire in the engine and operational compartments.

B11-5-2S1 automation unit is a part of the 3EC11-3 (3EC11-2) fire suppression system.

B11-5-2S1 automation unit is intended for installation in special purpose vehicles, in particular in T-72 and T-64 tanks, as well as armored personnel carriers.

The device is resistant to high shock and vibration and is suited for operation under rough conditions.

Cycle time for PPO and A signals is within (36 +4/-3) s under normal climatic conditions and a nominal voltage of 27 V
